At Nordfilm, sustainability is supported by concrete technical solutions integrated into our production processes.

• The production plant is powered by a photovoltaic system and equipped with an RTO emission abatement system with heat recovery, generating hot water reused within the facility.
• On our most energy-intensive flexographic printing machines, heating systems combine electric and hot-water batteries, automatically regulated based on recovered thermal energy. This integrated setup allows the production process to operate without the use of natural gas.
• Additional heat recovery systems capture thermal energy from compressors and reuse it for heating the production plant, further improving overall energy efficiency.
